We believe in delicious foods that are actively good for you. Through a plant-based diet of fresh ingredients paired with our structured daily schedule, we offer guests the opportunity to cleanse and reset their bodies, with these two elements of our program working together to optimize its impact.

By adding an abundance of organic, whole foods and limiting meat and processed ingredients, our daily menu builds a healthier gut and offers the digestive system a much-needed rest so that the body can focus on cellular repair utilizing the flood of nutrients it is receiving. This approach allows guests to see and feel the vibrant results of an organic, plant-based diet firsthand. Guests experience clearer minds and their bodies are able to better absorb the wealth of vitamins, minerals and nutrients these foods offer.

With research and care strategically stirred, sous-vide-d, and baked into every nutritionally balanced bite, our culinary team brings over 30 years of experience cooking with plant proteins. During this time, we have seen thousands of guests transform their health. Our Approach to Healthy Cuisine

Create Balanced Meals

We view carbohydrates, essential fats, and proteins as a whole, providing all of the health-supporting benefits to the body and contributing to a balanced plate with flavor at the forefront. On our plant-based menu, protein sources include nuts, ancient grains, beans, legumes, seeds and our proprietary Complete Greens powder blended into snacks and smoothies to help guests repair and build muscle during their time with us.

While protein is integral, complex carbohydrates and essential fatty acids are crucial for obtaining the full spectrum of nutrients. We don't like to ignore entire categories of macronutrients which is why you will find ingredients like whole and ancient grains on our menu. These are a great source of fiber and offer the body complex carbohydrates to help sustain energy without spiking blood sugar. Our menus also incorporate healthy fats through foods like nuts, seeds, avocados and oils which support heart health through omega-3 fatty acids and offer higher antioxidant levels.

We focus on how food makes us feel rather than its caloric makeup. Through a whole food approach, we are more mindful of the quality of our ingredients and the abundance of benefits they offer. You are always able to adjust and increase portions to support your intended results and find that guests are often surprised that they not only enjoy the plant-based diet but that they are satiated as well.

To further support mindful eating, meals are enjoyed as a communal group, providing a warm, inclusive setting that fosters conversation and human connection. This face-to-face interaction allows guests to be present with one another, nourishing both the body and the spirit.
