RESERVE NOW

All reservations require a $2,000.00 deposit. The remaining balance, including a 16% service charge, which includes all taxes, will be billed to the credit card on file, 40 days prior to your arrival. In the event of a cancellation within 40 days of your visit, and if we are able to fill your reservation, we will happily move you to a later date. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged to all refunded payments. Any credit on file will expire if not used within 18 months of the original stay date. It is highly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance so you are protected should you need to cancel your stay.

The Ranch Malibu rate includes: 6 nights and 7 days (Sunday-Saturday) of daily guided hikes, low impact strength training / core-focused fitness class and restorative yoga or meditation.  Each guest will also receive a massage for each full day. We also provide Bod Pod body composition analysis to all participating guests. Private accommodations for each guest, all meals and some evening elective nutrition talks, and an afternoon cooking demonstration are also included.

The Ranch Private rate includes: 6 nights and 7 days (Sunday-Saturday) of personalized programming tailored to your goals, including daily guided hikes, afternoon fitness and exercise classes including core work, low impact weight training, restorative yoga or a 90-minute sound bath, massages for each full day of your stay and Bod Pod body composition analysis. Private accommodations, all meals and some evening elective nutrition talks, an afternoon garden tour, cooking demonstration and laundry service (Mon. – Fri.) are also included. Ranch Private guests enjoy secluded spaces for meals and fitness classes should you wish to avoid the common areas. This program is limited to two private groups of 1-4 each week.

The Ranch 9.0 rate includes: 8 nights and 9 days (Saturday-the following Sunday) of daily guided hikes (seven in total), low impact strength training / core-focused fitness class and restorative yoga or meditation. Each guest will also receive 7 massages and Bod Pod body composition analysis. Private accommodations for each guest, all meals and some evening elective nutrition talks and an afternoon cooking demonstration are also included. If opting for a Private 9.0 experience, all hikes, fitness classes and meals are enjoyed separately from the weeklong group.

The Ranch Hudson Valley rate includes: 3 nights, 4 days (Monday – Thursday) or 4 nights, 5 days (Thursday – Monday) of daily guided hikes, low-impact strength training / core-focused fitness class and restorative yoga or meditation. Each guest will receive a massage each full day of the program along with laundry service. We also provide luxury accommodations, BodPod body composition analysis, all meals, some evening elective nutrition talks, a cooking demonstration and a return transfer to Newark (EWR) on Monday or Thursday at 10am.

Sample Packing List

  • Clothing that wicks moisture from the skin is recommended, cotton clothes for exercise and hiking should be avoided unless you bring several to change into on the same day. Consult with your local area hiking outfitter. We recommend at least 3 sets of hiking clothes and a water-resistant hiking jacket
  • Comfortable clothing for fitness and yoga classes. We recommend at least 3 sets. The hiking, fitness, and yoga clothes can be interchangeable.
  • A light-to-medium fleece-type pullover or jacket
  • 2 pairs of broken-in-workout/training or running-type shoes. (With at least 1 month of use). It is best if the shoe is nylon and not leather for breathability.
  • 3 pairs of not-too-thick hiking or running socks and 2 pairs of liners. We do not recommend cotton socks, as they cause blisters. Please ask a professional hiking store what they recommend for 10 miles of daily mountain hiking with a light pack. Especially if you are not accustomed to hiking.
  • A sun hat
  • Sunglasses (two pairs just in case).
  • Sunblock (we recommend at least SPF 30)
  • A bathing suit you will feel comfortable exercising in.
  • Hydration system with hip belt such as a CamelBak that will comfortably hold at least 100oz. of water, plus room for other personal items (toiletries, sunblock, windbreakers, etc.). Please get properly fitted at the store before purchasing.
  • Bandanas/handkerchiefs.
  • We recommend casual clothing that allows you to be comfortable in the evenings, including flip flops or sandals after hikes and beach lunches. UGGS are nice in the cooler months.
