Seasonal, organic, nutrient dense, and deliciously

The menus at our luxury health retreats are crafted using fresh whole foods, sourced from our certified regenerative organic garden (in Malibu) or local organic farms. It all begins with rich and healthy soil to ensure you are fueled by ingredients at their nutritional peak while eliminating harsh chemicals.

Acting as an endless source of inspiration, the majority of fruits, vegetables, organic eggs, and herbs that shape our daily menu in Malibu are grown on our 5-acre Certified Regenerative Garden. Our team prioritizes soil health and synthetic pesticide-free methods to yield crops that are not only more nutritious and flavorful but also contribute positively to the local ecosystem.

CREATINGCommunity

We believe a meal is best shared.

Dining at The Ranch is a group experience, where guests come together and build friendships. It’s a moment of intention– pausing to relish each bite, engage in dialogue, and nurture genuine bonds. As you refuel and nourish your body, mealtime also serves as an opportunity for education, equipping you with tools and practices to sustain healthy eating habits beyond your stay.

About Those Almonds

Yes, on our morning hikes you will receive a small handful of almonds (generally about six) with sea salt to help replenish electrolytes and fuel the body.

It’s become quite our calling card over the years, but the purpose of counting your almonds is not deprivation. This snack is meant to bring awareness to how much your body truly needs to feel full, even while performing rigorous activity. Guests are often surprised that this snack does in fact satiate them as they are eaten with undivided attention, but they are always welcome to have more!

"Expect to be challenged physically with the daily hikes and fitness classes, but well rewarded with massages, delicious meals (no I’m not kidding, the chef is amazing), restorative yoga, bonding with fellow guests, and a true sense of accomplishment."

"The food is definitely the most delicious I’ve ever had over a 6-day period. This has been all around a game-changer week for me."
