All multi-week stays include the Saturday in between programs for a full 7 days of our signature structured schedule of low-impact exercise each week. Following a breathtaking and varied 2- or 4-hour group hiking excursion each morning, guests enjoy lunch, nap time, an afternoon strength training class, restorative yoga and a daily massage. The active physical regimen is complemented by an organic, plant-based diet to nourish and revitalize the body. Those in our signature program will also have the opportunity to form lasting friendships with a new and interesting group of guests each week for an experience centered around human connection.
During your time you have the opportunity to enjoy nature’s healing elements along with experiencing more unique modalities including a mid-week, 60-minute sound bath. Guests also enjoy a weekly cooking demonstration and tour of our onsite, certified organic garden each week of their stay. Multi-week guests also have ample opportunity to experience our array of elective services. Designed to further support one’s stay with offerings that enhance recovery, improve results and foster mental well-being, multi-week guests have more time to experience these healing modalities to optimize their time with us.
